1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk500 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pk500.cam and all associated services, features and content (collectively, the "Service").

pk500 is an online gaming information and entertainment platform. The Platform provides sports betting information, live casino content, slot guides, table game references and responsible gambling resources, intended for informational and entertainment purposes for adult users.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Service. 3 Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any Account you hold. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or using any part of the Service. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on pk500. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited.
5. No Existing Ban: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any exclusion imposed by a regulatory authority that would prohibit your participation.
6. Own Funds: You must only gamble with funds that belong to you. Using funds obtained through illegal means is prohibited.

5 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the pk500 Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

5.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number and preferred currency. All information must be truthful and accurate.

5.2 KYC Verification

pk500 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documentation confirming your identity, age and address before withdrawals can be processed or before certain features are enabled. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity document (CNIC), passport or driver's licence, alongside a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk500 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You must notify pk500 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned for user familiarity only — they do not imply that these institutions endorse, support or facilitate gambling activity. Available payment options are displayed at the point of deposit and may change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Account deposit section. pk500 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified method linked to your Account. Processing times and any applicable fees are communicated at the time of the withdrawal request. pk500 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks.

6.3 Currency

The Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) as a primary currency option. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed before you confirm any transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk500 may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria are specified per offer.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the point of the offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance or associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• pk500 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, where there is evidence of misuse or where required to comply with applicable regulations.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings generated from a bonus. This limit, if applicable, will be stated in the specific offer terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

7.3 Illustrative Figures

Any PKR amounts mentioned in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus") are illustrative examples of the maximum potential bonus amount and are not guaranteed. Actual bonus values depend on deposit amounts and eligibility at the time of the offer.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk500 Platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited, and may be subject to further legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or a third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds. Winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Using funds that are not your own or that have been obtained through illegal means.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or that negatively affects other Users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk500 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall presentation of the Service, is the property of pk500 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from pk500.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk500, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. pk500 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk500's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. pk500 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your betting and gaming decisions.

11 Responsible Gambling

pk500 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the net amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders and session duration limits to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be fully restricted.
• Reality Checks: Set periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming position.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by pk500

pk500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms.
• There is evidence of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a competent authority.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy.

12.2 Termination by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pk500 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure, after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts, will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Clauses 8, 9, 10 and 13) shall continue to apply.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk500 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk500, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through this process, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Platform's licence conditions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk500 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, pk500 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
